Carrying out an engineering doctorate in systems. Research is focused on decision support and visualisation within the cyber security domain. Applying systems thinking to understand the cyber domain as a system and the interrelationships between elements and interfaces.

Systems thinking is used to address complex problems and designs. It can be applied in any discipline or practice. It is different from but complementary to other ways of thinking, for example scientific reductionism.
